Kyle joined VELA in 2020 and has served as Portfolio Manager on the Large Cap Plus strategy since inception. He is also a partner in our firm. In addition to his responsibilities on the Large Cap Plus strategy, Kyle leads the firm’s coverage of the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining VELA, Kyle was a Research Analyst at Diamond Hill Capital Management, where he covered the healthcare industry. From 2007-2011, Kyle worked at Citigroup as a Financial Analyst & Supervisor, Financial Reporting.

Kyle holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.S. from The Ohio State University.
