Jenny joined VELA in 2020 and has served as lead portfolio manager on the Small Cap strategy since inception; she is also a partner in our firm.

Prior to joining VELA, Jenny served as a Research Analyst and Assistant Portfolio Manager of the Small-Mid Cap and Mid Cap Strategies at Diamond Hill Capital Management. Jenny’s industry experience also includes positions with ABN/AMRO LaSalle Bank and Avondale Partners.

Jenny holds a M.A. from Stanford University and a B.A. from The University of Colorado.
